Cint’s biggest pain point is its limited granular permission controls for sensitive investigation datasets. During our quarterly audit workload, I cannot restrict certain field investigators from viewing full respondent PII within the platform. We also lack native sync with our case‑tracking software. Since we have no dedicated IT staff, we cannot build custom API workflows. Team members have to manually redact and export screening records, creating extra risk of human error while we work under tight client‑mandated investigation and confidentiality deadlines.
