I think Cinode is a very good platform that gathers much of what you need in one place. What I like most is that it is relatively easy to use and you quickly get a good overview without it feeling unnecessarily complicated. The interface feels modern and logical, and it's easy to navigate between different parts. The integrations are also a big plus because they make Cinode fit well into other workflows and systems you already use. The performance is stable, and I find that the platform works quickly and smoothly in daily work. In terms of price and ROI, I think the value mainly lies in how much time you can save and how much better structure you get around skills, consultants, and assignments. The support and onboarding have also been good, and it feels like help is close at hand when you need it. The AI parts are also interesting and something I believe will create even more value going forward (we use many parts of AI today), especially when it comes to matching and finding the right skills faster.
