What do you like best about Cincopa?

We’re really impressed with how Cincopa brings photo and video management into one enterprise platform for our school. The tagging system is incredible — it’s truly “life changing” for quickly finding images by year, subject, or event. We also love being able to add our logo to galleries, which makes albums feel branded and personal. Having both photos and videos in one place means we can store, share, and present content without juggling multiple platforms. External sharing works beautifully for newsletters and community updates, and we’re really happy with the flexibility and control Cincopa gives us. Now that we understand all its features, we want to use the platform “to the max” and feel confident our media is well organized, safe, and accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cincopa?

Navigation in large galleries can sometimes be tricky with the “load more” button, and a few usability improvements like easier bulk tagging or a simple archive per year would be nice. What problems is Cincopa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cincopa has solved several challenges for us. It replaces our disorganized photo and video storage and reliance on memory with a central library and powerful tagging system, letting us find images instantly. It consolidates photo and video hosting in one place, replacing our split workflows across Flickr and Vimeo, and provides a secure, branded platform for public sharing. We no longer worry about YouTube content restrictions because we can maintain originals safely on Cincopa and selectively repurpose to other platforms. The unlimited storage capability and robust performance handle our massive annual asset volume without concern. Plus, the gallery templates, search filters, and video channels make it easy to present media attractively to our community. Overall, Cincopa saves time, simplifies workflows, protects our content, and allows us to share media beautifully and professionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
