What do you like best about CINC Systems?

Like everyone else, my first thought when writing this review was to talk about how well CINC works in terms of information management and its interface with the website for homeowners and Board Members, and how easy it makes accounting tasks. But I think an overlooked value is that this software is so intuitive that most new team members can navigate it without help on their first day and are capable of working independently the first week. Very little time is needed to train new hires on how to use CINC, which is a great asset when you are busy getting them up to speed for their position. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CINC Systems?

The only downside is that they are so innovative it is hard to keep up with all of the amazing changes and upgrades. There are hiccups when making big changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CINC Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

CINC solves the problem of reporting to the Board. Many times managers get so busy getting the job done that it's hard to take the time to report their actions to the Board. Board Members are often only involved at a meeting and do not fully realize all of the work the manager does to maintain the community. The benefit of the Board being able to see violations, ARCs, and work orders on the website is that they can better appreciate the value of the management company.
