I wouldn't say this is a big problem for me, but sometimes there are quite a few buttons to click. Contacts and consent isn't as intuitive as I'd love for it to be, but I'm not worried about it because I know that Cinc is constantly working to improve and I would take a few months of extra buttons than years of excel sheets and catalogs of different data bases.
