Despite working across Central Time, Harsh remained relentlessly proactive—scheduling calls, sending detailed emails and follow-ups—and resolved a persistent login issue that spanned over a week. His deep product knowledge, patience and clear communication not only got me up and running but also demonstrated the high level of service Cin7 delivers. Last year my onboarding specialist left the company in the middle of onboarding, and brought in Baljeet Dhillon. She would not hop on calls or answer questions. basically dodged me until my 2 week free time after go live was complete. Can't send multiple tracking numbers to Shopify, can't send automated emails in Omni. I would hope to get a full onboarding experience to understand the capabilities of the system. No AI, an actual lovely human being. **What do you dislike about Cin7 Omni?** Can get a little lost with all the settings and where to find important permissions to attain full functionality. Be nice to have more frequent check in's each year with Jean Le Munyon.
