Just wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing personality of Chamal Wettasinghe, who stepped in and successfully resolved my 3PL issue which was very critical and I was about to lose a huge profit if it was delayed. Absolutely excellent work. He's undoubtedly a valuable asset to the entire team, and having people with this level of dedication makes a real difference. Massive credit to Chamal!
