"Incredible Cross-Team Task Management That Makes a CSM’s Life Easier"

4.5/5

What do you like best about ChurnZero?

Task management across teams is incredible. The plays and different tasks that spin up based on what has been completed, turned in, or left undone makes my life as a CSM much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChurnZero?

I've been a CZ user for about 8 months and I've not run across a strong dislike in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a litany of small tasks to keep track of and CZ helps to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. This ensures my internal metrics stay high, as well as customer/partner satisfaction! The ability to assign tasks to other team members creates an efficient workflow within CZ so I'm not having to utilize other communication platforms for task assignments, reducing the room for human error.
