I really like ChurnZero's dashboard review and the client details feature. It helps me track all details in one place for all clients rather than checking the same information on a spreadsheet. Plus, it gives me an overall review regarding my clients and their health. The initial setup was easy, and I haven't experienced any issues so far, as it is very helpful in all the ways.
