It keeps people records, giving records, it can do accounting, it integrates with MailChimp and Trellio to help send messages. In the people section, you have to add a custom date for anniversaries and it sometimes is hard to run anniversary reports based on that. The age category for students is often not helpful because they are ranges and you have to remember to move people up or down to the next or previous age category.
