It allows us to capture data from all forms. M-Files export allows us to replace files with the same name in multi-file objects. It instantly reads barcodes from the document. It collects all the data from the document and validates them for us, which is a great feature for a scanner. One more feature that I really like is it splits the documents based on IDR; we just have to define the software about the front page look, and it will automatically split the documents for us.
