What do you like best about ChronoScan?

It allow us to capture data from all form. M-Files export allow us to replace files with the same name in multi-files object. It instantly read barcode from the document.

It collect all the data from the document and validate them for us, which is a great feature form a scanner. On more feature which I really like it split the documents on the bases of IDR , we just have to define the software about the front page look and it will automatically split the documents for us. What do you dislike about ChronoScan?

There is no option for intelligent character recognition(ICR) in this software. Some of its feature requires deep learning other wise it will create problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ChronoScan:

I will recommend to use OCR PlugIn of Nuance. It is really helpful with the help of this plugin feature your software will be able to read poor quality documents and will increase your automation . What problems is ChronoScan solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the help of this we are able to scan our company documents and can work digitally .Due to that is save lots of time for filling documents and capturing it.
