"Easy to Use, Excellent Reporting, and Stellar Support"

What do you like best about Chronodesk?

The interface is easy to use and navigate, whether you’re a basic user or a high-level admin. The reporting is excellent and is always being improved. When I’ve needed support, it’s been stellar.

Integrations wise the system works well with our internal SSO and any requirements have been developed with APIs to integrate our data reporting as required.

Performance wise the system uptime is great with little to no downtime, and when there are issues it is resolved timeously.

Pricing is fair and as I have looked at it definitely value for money in what we receive in terms of improvement, support, and development.

AI is relatively new so we are still in the testing phase so cannot give a response at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chronodesk?

I can’t really give a dislike, because when issues do occur, the support team resolves them quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chronodesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with our service desk requirements, not only for our IT helpdesk but also for many other divisions in our business. Teams that wouldn’t traditionally use a tool like this have been onboarded to the platform because it helps them track their work and KPIs. The project management side is also being used within our business. Overall, it has helped us automate processes and better track user workload and performance.
