I really like how Chronicle Online has taken a lot of the manual work out of tracking hours, sickness, lateness, and absences. It's made payroll prep much easier, especially now that we can just export the data and send it to our payroll provider. The new features, like bulk editing exceptions and the ability to favorite reports, save a lot of time. Also, the help desk and support have been great, and training options are available when we need to learn about new functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are still some things in the system that we're not fully aware of or using, which means occasionally we have to call the help desk to find out about features. Also, when we took over Chronicle, there were some issues with pay rates being visible to people who shouldn't see them, though we were able to resolve that by wiping the data and learning how to restrict access.
