What do you like best about Chowbus POS?

The online ordering setup is really flexible—we can easily create multiple menus. We have a weekday lunch special and a regular menu, and both work seamlessly. Setting up menu hours is also super convenient. Plus, we love the Chowbus loyalty program feature, and we're excited to explore more creative ways to use it in the future! What do you dislike about Chowbus POS?

There's no KDS, so we're limited to using the kitchen printer, which can be a bit inconvenient at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chowbus POS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chowbus offers a comprehensive set of features, and they’re always updating quickly to stay current. The online ordering system is highly customizable, which fits our needs perfectly. The loyalty program is also very user-friendly. The free membership option has helped us grow our member base, and we offer benefits like cash-back on recharges.
