I really appreciate how easy to use and user-friendly Choco is for employees with different IT skills. The Choco team has been fantastic, knowing their product well and being eager to help us maximize its potential. Their friendliness and enthusiasm stand out, and they provide consistent training. I find the AI feature brilliant, as it efficiently handles email orders, both formatted and written, and picks up voicemails from our customers. We do think the order cut off feature needs to be more focused. Currently, the cut off is based on when the order is processed (approved) on site; however, we feel this would be better for the customer if the cut off was based on the time the order was sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
