What do you like best about ChitChatBot AI?

Implementing ChitChatBot as a part of our social media strategy has been a game changer. The opportunity to keep the automations simple or make them as detailed as we like is awesome. Everything can be customized and there are so many options for what we can build into a flow. It is saving our team tonnes of time and helping us stay "relevant" with the way social media is integrating AI automation. Getting setup and our accounts connected was insanely simple, as was inviting team members to create a profile. This is a feature that I was really grateful to see that they have provided from the get go (and not only once you upgrade to a certain tier). The support team have been amazing when we have run into questions or issues. They have provided assistance with the way the flows go together, including fixing the structure we built and adding explanation notes so that we are learning the why behind the process so we can avoid making the same mistakes in the future. I did a lot of research into the best options for having a chatbot application and although ManyChat seems to be popular, I am super glad that I have gone with ChitChatBot as they are providing a service and value to a whole other level. What do you dislike about ChitChatBot AI?

As with any new system or platform, there is the learning journey of understanding how it works and how it integrates with your existing systems. The amount of support material and guides to explain how to use ChitChatBot at this time is limited. However they have made up for this with the level of support they have provided. Helping us to fill in gaps in our flows and teaching us how and why to do it the way they explain in the future. From my research I discovered that customer support like this is rare in the chatbot space, so I am super grateful that it is something ChitChatBot is providing. What problems is ChitChatBot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a very small business who is striving to stay consistent and "up with the trends" in the social media space, bringing ChitChatBot into the mix has been extremely useful. It has allowed us to implement the "comment KEY WORD" strategy on posts so that we can start conversations with our followers and deliver them with value - all through the magic of automation which saves us so much time and energy. This is the first way that we are working with ChitChatBot to support us, but know that it is capable of more and are really excited to learn and expand into its full potential.
