"Simple way to keep company communication consistent"

What do you like best about Chillisign?

I really like how ChilliSign keeps the whole company aligned. Everyone has the same professional signature style, while photos and banners can be easily updated for current campaigns. What’s even better is that everything can still be customized individually, but without employees having to manage it themselves — all settings are handled centrally. What do you dislike about Chillisign?

What I liked less was that the initial setup took quite a while. However, I was happy to be the guinea pig for testing, as it also gave me the opportunity to learn something new. There are occasional glitches, but they are usually resolved reasonably quickly. The only persisting issue we had was with photo uploads via Google Workspace, but I think we’ve now figured out the best way to handle that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chillisign solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a consistent and professional presentation of our company across all employee email signatures. Among the providers we shortlisted, ChilliSign offered the best price-to-performance ratio for our needs. It gives us central control over signatures, banners and photos, while still allowing individual customization when needed.
