What do you like best about Chililabs?

I like that they are developing their star-team internally. We got the new Project Manager who was previously doing other things in their team, and we were his first project. It wasn't all perfect, but I liked how Kristaps pushed through all the obstacles and got the result that we needed. It's understandable that we all learn as we do, but the most important measure is - how you don't give up until you get it done right. Kristaps is a star that shines brighter and brighter. And that's how Chililabs treat each and every member of their team - developers, designers, PMs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chililabs?

I wish the intermediary results were coming in more often - to test and give feedback. Also, there is a room to improve how the requirements are being specified and tracked - what's done and what's not. But it's all a collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Chililabs:

1. If you want something to happen in a certain way, just ask, and the team will do everything that you need. 2. If you write something down as a requirement, be prepared that it will be implemented exactly as specified - so be sure to be thorough and ambitious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
