Cheqroom is reliable and solid. It’s easy enough to understand that even staff who aren’t tech-savvy can grasp how it works. Many of our users are tradesmen and builders of all ages who aren’t particularly familiar with tech, and they all navigate the system successfully. Cheqroom has become an integral part of how we work, because it lets us keep track of all our plant and equipment across multiple job sites. The help function is surprisingly good, and the AI continues to impress. The system never lags and, in my experience, it hasn’t been “down” once in the last four years. The only thing I feel Cheqroom is missing is an affordable way to track items without having to rely so heavily on users doing their part. If users don’t check items in and out, the whole system breaks down.
