What do you like best about Chekkit?

What I really love is that they keep adding wonderful features, like connecting my website, Meta DMs, and customer messages all in one platform. They also have an amazing AI message proofing feature that helps us reply to customers more professionally.

I’ve looked into other SMS platforms, and Chekkit by far beats them all when it comes to affordability, functionality, and ease of use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now we can manage text messages, website chats, and social media conversations from a single platform, which saves time and helps ensure no customer inquiry falls through the cracks. The AI-assisted message proofing also helps our team communicate more professionally and consistently.

Another major benefit is review management. Chekkit makes it easy to request and monitor customer reviews, which has helped strengthen our online reputation and build trust with potential customers.
