What do you like best about Cheers?

Cheers is innovative. They move towards solutions that add real value to their clients. They accept feedback and use feedback to make strategic business decisions. They move incredibly fast. Their dashboards are intuitive and drive the right behavior. Getting onboarded was easy as well. The team is always available for a touch base or call for any reason. What problems is Cheers solving and how is that benefiting you?

They increase the number of captured reviews exponentially. For in-person retail shops or home-service based jobs, the ability to capture reviews in the moment is huge. It takes away the need to wait and hope someone decides to leave a review. The physical touch of a tap to a phone is simple but appears futuristic and reduces friction for customers.
