What I like most about Checkr is how user-friendly and easy the platform is to navigate. The dashboard feels well organized, so it’s simple to start background checks, monitor their progress, and review results all in one place. From an HR perspective, I also appreciate how Checkr streamlines the background screening process and helps keep hiring and onboarding moving efficiently. The system is straightforward, requires minimal training, and makes it much easier to manage multiple background checks at once. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Checkr, and there is very little that I dislike about the platform. One area where I feel there could be improvement is providing more detailed updates when background checks are delayed or taking longer than expected. Having additional visibility into what may be causing a delay would be helpful from an HR perspective, especially when coordinating hiring and onboarding timelines with our operations teams.
