The user interface has received consistent updates throughout the last year. It is now very intuitive and easy to access the data most important to my organization. The integration with our ATS has worked seamlessly and has not experienced any downtime. Performance is consistent across the board. I can rely on reports being run quickly and communication with myself and candidates arriving promptly. Pricing is fair. We have partnered with Checkr for over 6 years. In that time, we've negotiated mutually beneficial agreements that have allowed our platform to grow and scale with our revenue and operational needs. Now that Checkr has expanded its account servicing team, I enjoy quick access to my account manager and engage in routine meetings to discuss product advancements, performance, and trends. At this time, I have not had enough interactions with Checkr's AI services to accurately rate them. However, I am aware of how they intend to use AI to increase the reliability of reports and create a more engaging and flexible environment for both myself and candidates.
