What do you like best about Checkmate?

Checkmate is simple and seamless. We have our background checks pre-configured, so I can select the right package, send it and know the required checks are covered without having to think twice about it. The dashboard gives me great visibility over where every candidate is at. But the best part is the customer SERVICE! 10/10! Quick and so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Checkmate?

What problems is Checkmate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduces manual work , our checks are pre-configured and easy to initiate. Less room for me to make mistakes or miss a check. They listen to feedback, we genuinely feel our feedback is heard and used to make the product better. Better candidate experience, the platform and all is really slick and easy to use.
