"A Game Changer for Our Growing Business"

What do you like best about Check Cherry?

Check Cherry has become the hub for our business. Leads from our website come directly into Check Cherry from our website, and from there we create proposals, invoices, and process customer payments. The reporting is especially valuable and has become an integral part of our accounting process. If there is ever a question about a payment or customer transaction, we now have a clear record to go back to. It has really become our document of truth. We had never used a CRM before Check Cherry, and it has been a game changer for us as we grow. Their customer support is also excellent—the in-app chat is incredibly fast and helpful. What do you dislike about Check Cherry?

There honestly isn't much we dislike. The biggest thing for us is that we still need separate software for some employee and time-management functions. Check Cherry has been adding functionality in this area, and we're hopeful it will eventually allow us to eliminate that separate system and have even more of our operation in one place. What problems is Check Cherry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had never used a CRM, so information about leads, proposals, invoices, payments, and customers was much more fragmented and scattered. Now it's all in one workflow. A lead can come in through our website, move to a proposal and invoice, and ultimately become a paid event without us having to piece together information from different places. The biggest benefit is having one reliable record of the entire customer transaction. Its reporting has also become an important part of our accounting.
