The software is really well built and clearly focused on being super reliable. That said, the biggest reason I keep renewing year after year is the support. Judd and Matt are always working to make the service better, and they answer any questions at lightning speed. They also take the time to think through the processes of how the end user will actually use it, then implement new ideas we wouldn’t have even thought of.
