I really like that ChatWork can be used on both phone and computer. I find it really versatile for sharing documents because the documents stay in the conversation. This is important as sometimes we cannot share sensitive data from our portfolio clients on instant messaging apps. The initial setup was pretty easy because all of us use the same workspace. I think the categorization of documents in the conversation should be automatic by the system. It should be easy to archive them in a library with information on who has seen them.
