What problems is Chatter Unfollow Rules - Managed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the issue of users been auto-followed on too many records, which prevents them from using some of our custom built processes. The benefits are the users, dont run into those issues and can continue working and submitting internal cases without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
