What do you like best about Chatspell?
Installation is a breeze. If you already use Slack, this works extremely well in adding a live chat feature on to your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Chatspell?
I didn't see any way to remove the Chatspell branding. The branding is fairly minimal and is only on the initial screen when the user first starts their chat. The customization of the widget seems to be non-existant, but it looks pretty good out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
