What do you like best about ChatSpark?

I had the opportunity to integrate ChatSpark into one of the companies I worked for, and customer satisfaction went up more than 20 points. What I like most about ChatSpark is that it allows you to automate chats with artificial intelligence and virtual assistants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatSpark?

None. I have had the opportunity to use other virtual assistant tools, and ChatSpark has surprised me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChatSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatSpark immediately solves response times for both customer support and sales. In my case I had the opportunity to use it in both, and it is very easy to automate many of the questions and answers that are constantly repeated.
