**What do you like best about ChatSpark?**

I had the opportunity to integrate ChatSpark into one of the companies I worked for, and customer satisfaction went up more than 20 points. What I like most about ChatSpark is that it allows you to automate chats with artificial intelligence and virtual assistants.

**What do you dislike about ChatSpark?**

None. I have had the opportunity to use other virtual assistant tools, and ChatSpark has surprised me so far.

**What problems is ChatSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatSpark immediately solves response times for both customer support and sales. In my case I had the opportunity to use it in both, and it is very easy to automate many of the questions and answers that are constantly repeated. (you can also program it to schedule meetings and optimize your inbound metrics)

**What do you like best about ChatSpark?**

The chatbots created with the help of ChatSpark have helped to decrease our customer service load.  They do first level calls for simple questions and initial problems, which relieves my team members from such tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatSpark?**

I think that the options for analytics are somewhat limited. It does not provide information about sentiments of the customers or fields that might be problematic for the chatbots.

**What problems is ChatSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through using ChatSpark, we have been able to reduce the proportion of manual customer service hence enhancing ability to serve our customers faster.  This relieves time for my team to spend much of it handling challenging cases that soph computer systems present.

**What do you like best about ChatSpark?**

ChatSpark uses AI private chatbots which have been effective in the management of simple customer relations. They are able to respond to elementary questions quickly thus allowing my team to handle other complicated queries.

**What do you dislike about ChatSpark?**

ChatSpark poses some constraints that are not very suitable for me in regards to chats. Some of the features we actually seen in pre-built conversation flows not always match our brand voice and also miss some features of products.

**What problems is ChatSpark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatSpark has helped me offload a number of simple questions from the customer service team to the AI chatbots. This lets my reps focus on more complex problems that customers encounter, and thereby deliver a better service.

ChatSpark is an amazing tool powered. The best thing about using it is that you can train it the way you want and it provides reliable results.

There is no as such dislikes or concerns in ChatSpark that I've been came across. It is working fine completely.

ChatSpark assists and manages many aspects by using AI. Utilizing it for sales as well as customer service and scheduling makes day to day productivity much more efficient. It is user friendly as well.

The downside of ChatSpark is the time it took to set up initially.

I love the feasibility and how easy it is to use. It's a great feature and makes life so much easier.

Nothing in particular it's a pretty easy to use app very user-friendly and get the job done

Having to think about what to write coming up along sentences of things that are not meaningful gives me more purposeful language in my text
