What do you like best about Chatra?

Chatra makes it possible for me to chat with clients while they are shopping. I can see what is in their cart and make recommendations, i can answer questions and give order status updates. It is really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatra?

My only complaint is that it cant give order updates without a live operator to look them up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been able to increase the number of items in peoples carts by making recommendations and it helps you build relationships with clients because they are chatting with you and not a bot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
