What do you like best about Chatra?

It's a good product overall with most of the features expected for a livechat. If there are no special needs, he does what he has to and he does it well. Pricing is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatra?

We have been using it for several years and there are few updates and rarely new features. We have contacted the team for feature requests but it has always remained unaddressed. The API is a bit too simple if there are needs at this level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
