What do you like best about ChatPerk?

My experience with Chatperk for the past couple of months has been extremely wonderful. I run a small online art business and Chatperk has been really beneficial in managing customer inquiries.

Honestly, I have experimented on multiple AI chatbot platforms that are free but they were not satisfying. Most other AI chatbot platforms offer 3 to 5 credits compared to Chatperk’s free plan which offers 20 message credits each month.

In addition, many features remain locked on others’ platforms making it difficult to test if the chatbot is suitable for my needs. This is because it has never let me down right from when I started using it.

At present, I am thinking of upgrading to an Essential Plan; and rest assured this will make my work easier and speed up my performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatPerk?

What problems is ChatPerk solving and how is that benefiting you?
