When I discovered Chatlio almost 3 years ago, it was a game-changer for me. I hated to have to install "another" third-party software or web-based application to run my LiveChat. But with Chatlio, I was able to onboard my team of 10 support agents that were already on Slack in less than 10 minutes. No need to set up again 10 accounts, or to upload a profile picture, bio, etc... I just log in once with Slack and boom! I was all set.
