What do you like best about Chatify?

The best in class UX Design has made me love the subject and it's is pure of class to understand and work with the tool along .

Especially the feature that allows you to attach file in a live chat section is pure bliss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatify?

The windows app sometimes crashes when we do documentation and it's a bit buggy.

Some animations might have been built even more dynamic as the animations are very simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Involving in a support system to help customers and internal stake holders live with the flawless cheating facility has enabled and brought a decent ROI within a short span of time we worked with the tool.

Especially the ability to chat within a team is built in so it proves that to be a 2 in 1 tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
