I will monitor booth chat for a while during the virtual event, but I always have to go to a different panel to see if anyone is currently viewing my booth. Would be great to be alerted that someone has entered the booth. Maybe then I can engage them. Otherwise, visitors rarely will message me and ask a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
