What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Chat GPT is very easy to use and great for reviewing and refining marketing copy. I like the ability to share context to multiple chats within the same project. So I keep multiple projects that I can come back to when I need to work on a specific type of task. For image generation, I find Chat GPT typically performs better than Gemini, though not as well as Claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes information is incorrect, and copy will contain context bleed and can sound like it was written by an LLM. I can now spot LLM generated content very easily. The most frustrating experience with Chat GPT for me is around image modification. Sometimes Chat GPT just won't implement a change that you need, despite how cleverly you try to word your prompt. What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chat GPT helps me extend my reach as a one-person marketing team. It's my first place I go to when I want to brainstorm a new campaign, get ideas, or have questions about how to use a particular piece of software.
