What I like most about ChatGPT is how much time it saves on everyday tasks. It supports our team with brainstorming creative ideas, writing scripts, generating content, polishing descriptions, and creating engaging marketing copy. The responses are typically fast, relevant, and easy to tailor to what we need. It’s especially useful when we’re juggling multiple projects and want fresh ideas or a solid starting point to build from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although ChatGPT generally performs well, some responses can feel repetitive or overly generic, particularly when the prompt isn’t very detailed. At times, it may also return inaccurate information, so I still need to double-check certain answers.
A few of the more advanced features and integrations appear to require paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. I also think customer support and the documentation could be stronger, especially for users who need guidance with more complex features.
Overall, these feel like minor drawbacks compared with the benefits it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
