ChatGPT was the first AI tool I started using, and it has become my go-to assistant for both personal and professional use. I use it frequently on my mobile for everyday questions, learning about new topics, understanding things, comparing options, and getting suggestions. It is usually the first place I turn to whenever I want to know or understand something.
I also use it regularly for work, especially for my QA and test automation activities, understanding technical concepts, troubleshooting issues, writing code snippets, and preparing work-related communications.
What I like most is how easy and natural it feels to interact with. I can ask questions in my own words and have a conversation until I understand what I need. It has made learning new things and handling everyday tasks much easier. Even though I use other AI tools for certain specialized work, ChatGPT remains an important part of my daily life. Sometimes ChatGPT provides responses that sound convincing but are not always accurate, so I need to verify the information, especially for technical topics. For complex coding and project-specific tasks, it sometimes takes multiple follow-up prompts to get the expected result. I also feel that the free version has some limitations when using it extensively. I would like to see better consistency in responses and stronger capabilities when working with larger codebases and complex technical requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
