"It's like having a team of experienced professionals in the room with me."

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I use ChatGPT as an extension to my business team. For someone who is a solopreneur, ChatGPT (I use the Pro subscription model) is like having a business strategist, marketeer, copy-writer, and critical thinking partner in the room with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I am very careful not to rely on ChatGPT to complete works without me checking the output. That isn't to say it is something I dislike about the platform, but moreso ensuring that I operate with a checks-and-balance approach to minimise any mistakes it may make. What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatGPT helps me solve issues with topics I am not an expert in, or fluent in. For example, it helps me come up with my personal brand social media strategy - ideas for posts, help to draft post copy, and then to review the statistics behind each post to work out whether the post style and type was successful or not. This information then helps to refine future strategy and posting styles, types, times etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
