What do you like best about ChatGPT?

As an MBA student, I like to use ChatGPT daily as it helps me in analyzing case studies, clarifying my financial and marketing queries, and its UI and UX are very captivating. It's affordable for students, and its performance is top-tier. Its integrations with apps like Canva, Figma, Excel, and PowerBI are easier, and its support and onboarding are very understandable, even for a small kid. What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

I think what I mostly dislike about ChatGPT is its very clear need for prompts to provide accurate responses at times, and sometimes it gives lame answers, which at times makes me want to shift to other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatGPT helps me with business case studies like retrieval of sources and understanding the case studies easily, and brainstorming when considering how to handle a managerial sales situation.
