What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Features like conversation history and memory make it easy for me to pick up where I left off without having to repeat context. ChatGPT also works smoothly with Microsoft 365 apps like Word and Excel, which makes drafting and editing feel seamless. Integration with tools like Outlook and Google Calendar saves me time when scheduling or when I’m drafting emails.

Responses are fast and reliable, even for more complex queries, and it handles long-form content generation well without noticeable lag. The free version is surprisingly capable, but the Microsoft 365 Premium plan adds real value through higher usage limits and tighter app integrations.

For me, the ROI mainly comes from time saved: drafting emails, preparing interview answers, or summarizing documents can take minutes instead of hours. Onboarding is straightforward too, with clear documentation and tutorials. What stands out most is the reasoning—it doesn’t just answer questions; it explains, compares, and challenges ideas when that’s helpful. Features like Think Deeper and Deep Research also contribute by providing more thorough, nuanced insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

While the interface is clean, navigating long conversations can feel clunky. When threads get extended, it’s easy to lose track of the context while scrolling back and forth.

The integrations are useful, but they aren’t always seamless. For instance, pulling data from connected drives can sometimes feel more limited than the experience in the native apps.

At times, the AI produces overly verbose responses when a concise summary would be more helpful, which can reduce efficiency.

I also think a more flexible pricing model—such as pay-per-use or tiered credits—could make adoption easier for casual users.

Finally, a more interactive onboarding experience, like guided tutorials or in-app tips, would help new users discover and unlock features faster.

Suggested improvement: stronger context retention across sessions, along with more transparency around how memory adapts over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
