What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is how it helps me take complex information and turn it into clear, practical next steps. I use it to draft professional correspondence, organize legal and administrative research, strengthen QA and production workflows, and translate information into understandable Spanish. It saves me time and helps me communicate more effectively. I especially appreciate being able to ask follow-up questions and refine an answer so it fits my situation, while still reviewing important facts and sources on my own. What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can sometimes sound more confident than the evidence really supports, so important facts and any citations need to be verified carefully. Responses can also run too long, or I have to repeat instructions to keep the answer focused. I’d like more consistent context retention, a clearer acknowledgment of uncertainty when it applies, and fewer unnecessary confirmation requests after I’ve already explained what I need. What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChatGPT helps me manage time-consuming writing, research, and documentation tasks. In my QA and production work, it helps me organize procedures, clarify corrective actions, and draft professional communications. Overall, it reduces the time I spend starting from scratch, makes complex information easier to understand, and lets me focus more on decisions and follow-through, while I still retain responsibility for the final review.
