What do you like best about Chatbot Builder?

A chatbot builder is an innovative AI tool that helps in automating conversation patterns based on how a user interacts on a platform. It is widely used in technical support and sales enquiry chats with queries that extract and provide information to the end users. For Example: Hubspot's Chatbot is a free to use chatbot building software with 24*7 live chat functionality easy to set up without writing a single line of code of any programming language Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatbot Builder?

Although, Hubspot's Chatbot Builder has a free starter plan which only allows free marketing and sales tool with up to 5 users which can only be used as a demo for starting out, basically to get familiar with their platform. However, if you're even a small enterprise with simple marketing automation or a customer engaging platform and live chats you'll need their starter plan i.e over INR 1600/month/seat with your own branding and increased limits which is not gonna cut it because scaling up will be expensive [still cheaper than an in-house infrastructure] Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chatbot Builder solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) For starters, Cutting down Cost of in-house support technicians or even outsourcing to 3rd party Vendors. With proven track record of success rate with software company like Hubspot, you can rely on their algorithm that practically takes out the manual workload out of the equation. 2) Ease of implementation, With their easy to use platform, I was able to automate all the sales, marketing and technical support efforts with 24*7 live chats, Email Marketing, CRM Database management, Email Campaigns, Payment Integration and In-App chat support. 3) With a vast variety of products to choose from, I was able to use my colleagues scripting language (JS & Python) skills to implement programmable workflow and bot actions to optimize internal processes for better customer experience into operations 4) Pro-actively monitored chatbot's health to fix issues before, during and after they occur 5) Using AI Powered data, removed duplicates from CRM database, recurring chats and deploying automated custom intervals and chat sessions for better support processes and more tailored conversations.
