Chatbot Builder AI allows users to create chatbots easily and intuitively without any need for coding expertise. I even built a customer support bot for my e-commerce site with it, mainly because its drag-and-drop interface is simple to use. Free plan is very limited in terms of features and number of interactions, pricing for advanced features is expensive for small businesses In addition, the chatbot appearance can be customized to some extent, though more flexibility in this area would be welcome.
