"Streamlined Automated Chaser Emails in One Place"

What do you like best about Chaser?

I really like the fact that our chaser emails are streamlined into one place and automatically sent out without having to think about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaser?

The email reminders could do with only being sent once a day rather than twice as this can be confusing as to which day they are referring to sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Chaser solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have seen an improvement in our DSO days as clients are now paying on invoice rather than waiting for statements to be sent out at the end of the month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
