In my personal perspective, Chartmetric is the best data solution for the music industry. Allowing professionals to access a centralized data system has been really useful for me and my colleagues when working on a promo campaign or planning a tour.

Additionally, the Customer Support is incredible. I've even made some friends in the company this way. The platform Ease of Use, Implementation, and Integration; has been extremely valuable to my work and therefore, I frequently use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, depending on the size of the Artist and the territory he belongs to, there is a big amount of information missing. This could work in detriment to smaller independent companies interested in working with Chartmetric.

I would also like to see a Number of Features being added to the platform. Automatic generation of comparable charts would be a wonderful feature for making presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
