What do you like best about ChartHop?

We love our CSM and the support team. They are always responsive, willing to jump in, and helpful when we have questions. We also recently added the Engagement module, which allows us to keep more of our people data and insights in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChartHop?

I wish Charthop offered a direct integration with UKG Ready. We explored the Finch integration, but it still required some manual work on our end, so we ultimately chose another third party to manage the data sync. We also appreciate having the Engagement module, but the dashboards and filtering capabilities could be more flexible and user-friendly. We currently have to export the data to create more user-friendly dashboards in Claude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Charthop helps us centralize our people data and gives leaders better visibility through org charts, charthop ai, and analytics. We use the Compensation module to manage merit, promotion, and other compensation cycles in a much more structured and user-friendly way than our previous spreadsheet process. We also recently added the Engagement module, which allows us to view survey results alongside our workforce data and better understand trends across the organization.
