What do you like best about ChartHop?

ChartHop’s AI intelligence is fabulous and truly stands out from other HRIS platforms in the market. It feels like a lot of thought went into building the platform, right from the UI/UX to the overall user experience. What do you dislike about ChartHop?

Because we are based in the IST time zone, in very urgent troubleshooting situations we end up depending on the support team. As a result, our project sometimes has to wait for a response before we can resolve the issue we are facing. We also hope that integration with many more tools will be made available with ChartHop. What problems is ChartHop solving and how is that benefiting you?

ChartHop has helped us bring our people data and HR processes together on one platform, rather than managing information across multiple tools and spreadsheets. From employee information and org charts to time off, performance reviews, compensation, and people analytics, having everything connected has made processes more streamlined and information easier to access. The biggest benefit for us has been improved visibility into people data, especially for managers and leadership, along with reduced manual effort for the People team. The AI capabilities are an added advantage, making it easier to navigate information and get meaningful insights. What has also made a difference is how intuitive the platform is. The transition has been much smoother thanks to the thoughtful UI/UX, clear documentation, and the team's hands-on support throughout implementation and onboarding.
